Levels and experience
A clan goes from level 1 to 20 with Clan Experience. It is earned by playing: every 10 energy a member spends adds 1 Clan Experience (and 1 Honor for them), and each weekly mission completed gives a big reward. Clan Experience is never lost.
Mining, woodcutting and fishing out in the world spend no energy: they count toward the weekly missions, not toward the everyday experience.
