Every mod comes in a tier. There are 3, and the best is T3.
T1: +12 lifeT2: +32 lifeT3: +70 life
Each tier is a fixed number: two identical items with the same tiers give exactly the same.
The rarer the piece, the higher the chance of T3 on each mod:
5%Rare
15%Epic
30%Legendary
